Recommendation: Products are vacuumed packed, once received we recommend to fluff out the bed prior to using. 

Due to hygiene purpose, we do not accept returns / exchanges for the pet bed. 

Please note that this bed is a thinner lounge bed compared to traditional thicker pet bed.
